The most beloved and respected month of the year. Respected for quite different reasons than what it is loved for.
It is loved as it is the month when blooms look more beautiful than ever; the roses look rosier than ever; and the sky looks clearer than ever. There is a hint of rain in the air, giving you the sweet smell of mitti. There is a hint of love in the air which makes you walk with an added gait. The mornings make you feel that there can be no better day than this day. And you cuddle yourself in bed in the night waiting for the next day to happen.
As much as it is loved, it is for the reason of respect that it is remembered more. March is the month when the most respected people were born. Men of honor and integrity. Men of principles. Men who can make this world, or even break it. Men of high intellectuality, and at the same time balancing it equally with being the most romantic. Men who are rare gems, and whom others look up to be. Men like Rithish Saralaya.

i put my papers in yesterday. my resignation . I mean.....
uh...am sorry..i have this habit of presuming thatpeople know what I am talking about.

Another page added to the bangalore diary. and whatbetter occassion to do it than after watching theindo-pak match.
For all those cricket fanatics like me it was a treatto watch. Cricket at its best. we have seen some ofthe best matches of our lives already in this worldcup, and by God, ikts only just started. Make nomistake, the best is yet to come.
It was an early diwali for most of us here in india. The sky was lit up with crackers of all kinds. the dinof the crackers was.....well...like the din ofcrackers....thr ver processions taken on the roads with pplshouting slogans. ppl hugging each other, though theyare perfect strangers.
even in my room, every carress of sachin's bat, everydive the indians made, every wicket tht the indianstook, resulted in hysterical whistling, and clappingamongst us all.
Amazing wht emotions this sport seems 2 generateamonsgt tne masses. i suppose more than the sport thistime, it was the ppl taking part in it. or shud i daresay, the countries taking part.
Did the ppl react as much during tht historical winagainst the aussies in the Eden Gardens? I doubt it. and I doubt if the ppl vil react as much even if vewin the world cup.
Somewhr in the middle, while watching the match, iheard in my mind, my good ol' friend frm collegesaying those words.
"The future of India is bright Rithish....""bright....bright....ORANGE"
